- it's a community and a movement, dedicated to transforming Arizona’s historically
underserved through empowering community-minded entrepreneurship.

Since 2016, through direct engagement with local small businesses, including our own, we have identified
critical gaps in the existing infrastructure intended to support the growth and sustainability of community-
minded entrepreneurs. Archwood has developed a comprehensive ecosystem to address these challenges,
offering a foundation that encompasses education, practical experience, and platforms to showcase talent.
Our mission is to foster long-term success and contribute to closing the economic wealth gap.
